Bovington tank training area.

Thought I'd share this (please tell me if the link doesn't work) as it sounds like it'll be an awesome weekend of fun.

Couple of local clubs have teamed up and managed to secure the use of the Bovington tank training area for a weekend. March 21st and 22nd.

Cost is £30 for either day, or £50 for both days and free camping on the Saturday night.

I'm definitely going not sure if for the whole weekend or just one day atm but should be a great laugh either way.

That's an event not to be missed! Last time I went there was about 20-odd years ago to spectate an AWDC heavy vehicle trial. Thanks for sharing.

I know not everyone uses Facebook so thought it may be worthwhile. Although I did think a fair few more would of been interested. Like you say it's an event not to be missed.

Looks like it's now saturday only for 4x4s, and they want everyone to prepay online. Balls to that. Seems to be a right cock up on the organisation.

Yep I just seen that too! only 70 tickets available for each day too. Such a waste. The site is huge!

Organisation of this event does seem really bad!


Also don't think I can make the Saturday either

Is an awaome site was there in 89 AWDC heavy vehicle trial and comp Safari awaome!
