What have you done to your Freelander today

Fitted new tailgate door seal, hope the boot stays dry from now on.

Trying to do something... , but need to think what i want to do now :monitor_punch:

Well yesterday, I took my 15 inch heep wheels off in preparation for tyre removal rim reoainting and bigger tyres,

So I fitted my 16 inch freelander rims and decided I actually like the look a little more!

I also took off my side bars after whacking the drivers side offroad and realising it was more rust than metal....... So a re weld job is in order!

While I was at it I took off my bonnet deflector for a complete change of look!

Well cuz I know the rulez - no pictures it didn't happen. Here is proof..

I think I do - certainly in a more chunky off-road type of way. Where do you get them?

I *need* those foglamp surround thingies... what are they called so I can grab some for my hippo in a few months?

Please say you will be fitting that supercharge to your l series.... I have to see that!

Hey guys & girls really don't want to start a new thread so hope you don't mind me posting this in here.

So can anybody with a 2.0 diesel freelander tell me how much tax they pay? I thought it was around £260 for 12 months but think I may be wrong.

And on the subject of this thread..... fitted a new back box, the old one snapped off. Removed the prop shaft (are blanking plates essential ?) And diagnosed the cause of my crap handbrake - the adjuster is seized solid. Big hammer and small chisel solid. Anyone know where I can buy one ? Been advised to by the whole kit for both sides but I'm too tight for that.

Started into replacing the belts on my K series. Stopped short at unbolting the engine mounts so it won't be strained all night. Typical though I spotted the brake discs are a tad on the thin side so will need to order replacements.
Another wee job to add to the list. :frown:

Originally was thinking about putting it on my R45, but there's not enough space, oddly enough, lol






Had a very quick peek under a hippo bonnet (k series, however) and there's PLENTY of space
