Are you removing the reserve list then or is that directed just for me ?

I think you will find that it is aimed at you drewster.As you can see there is a certain person on this trip and i think i can speak for everybody in saying that we don't want any bad feeling awkwardness or any other sort of hassle on the trip.I think we have had enough of that over the last few months to last a life time.

Hi, sorry to hijack the thread, are your trips and green lane days for everyone or are there limits set for each occasion, I am in no way taking the pi66 because I would be interested in joining you when I get Mary back on the road??

I really dont understand why this is being discussed on an open forum.

Its my trip, I made my feelings quite clear, end of.

If someone else wants to organise another trip, feel free, this thread is for anyone from Yorkshire to do so.

Calderdale Police are hosting a free Land Rover marking event on Saturday (31 January).

Officers will be at Appleyard Road, Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge, (HX7 5PE) from 10am until 1.00pm and anyone with a Land Rover Defender, Land Rover Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport (pre 2013) are encouraged to attend the event.

A mechanic from Land Rover Copley will also be in attendance to help.

Last year the force launched Operation Emporia to combat an emerging issue of Land Rover parts being stolen - particularly LED headlamps but also doors, mirrors, bonnets, wheels, clusters and grills.

It had an immediate impact with 14 people arrested and the number of thefts fell.

"The operation was a considerable success but we are not resting on our laurels and are continuing to take the fight to thieves," said DCI Steve Thomas of Calderdale CID.

"If property is security marked it means that if stolen and subsequently recovered officers will be able to return it to the rightful owner.

"It also means that if we stop a vehicle and then check the marking we can make sure that the part is on the car it is meant to be."

Only thing I have planned is a possible weekend in the Lakes 21st/22nd Feb
