Joining clubs to lower insurance

Ive heard that joining a land rover club will reduce my insurance

What land rover clubs will this include and ive heard that some insurance companies will only accept some clubs if you have been with them for so long and others will be instant.

Can anyone enlighten me on this subject please.

It sounds complicated and i will be getting my land rover anytime now so i need to join one as soon as if this is the case.

The Green Lane Association is a good start. But I don't know if the insurance premium discount is more than the membership fee.

How long do you have to be a member of here for that to work?

There is no time scale, as long as you can provide proof of membership if we require it (This can just be your username if needs be so we can validate it)

i will be joining GLASS soon but il need to know my REG first and its being registered at the moment.
Is the land rover club a good one? Somebody told me you can get 30% off some insurers with some clubs but i dont know it its true.
Has anyone got any other insurance companies which give them more discount than 15% ??

Hi Mark,

We are an insurance broker, so some of our underwriters give different percentage discounts. Hence it being up to 15% as it depends based on your details as to which underwriter offers you the most competitive quotation.

Cheers, i will do when the land rover is registered. it can be hard without a number plate. we will be comparing a few companies too so if its a good quote then happy days
