Muddy bottom is open on the 7th and 21st December.

Anyone on ere going or want to come? Plenty of mud and places to get stuck! :p

I shall be going to both providing I don't break it on the 7th......:D

Never been off roading before and was wondering how suitable Muddy Bottom is for a standard 90 with mud terrains? Recently finished by rebuild and I've got my VIC on friday the 19th so it's a possibility that I could get it taxed and then come for a play.

It's very suitable. :) muddy bottom has areas for all levels of vehicle capability/driver experience.

Here's a link to the site if you want to have a look. :). Home | www.muddybottom4x4.com

If you've not done it before you will be surprised at how far you will get in a standard land rover.

If you can make it send me a pm or something on Saturday and we can arrange to meet up or something on the day. :)

Me and about 7/8 other off road vehicles will be going on the 28th december, hopefully see some of you guys there :)

i would but ive blown the rear diff lol, its mangled inside and all full up with water :L

That's not good.

Although I'm sort of in the same boat with a stripped front axle atm.
Front axle was full of water and the n/s swivel full of swarf. And a duff CV joint.

Luckily though I have about 3 disco's worth of transmission spares so it'll be rebuilt by tomorrow afternoon. :D

Great photos! Can't wait to get down there again!

Haha cheers I can't take credit for all of the photos. My mate was taking them with his SLR. He's gotta thing for motorsports photography so always tags along when I'm out. :)

Will be going down again in the new year if you fancy coming along?

Yep definitely up for that. Got a trip to Boxgrove with a mate planned at some point in January I think but always up for muddy bottom, it's the closest to home! lol

My brother is a keen photographer as well, I keep trying to get him to come with me for the same reason but the #### isn't interested in the slightest :D

Would love to mate but missus is working this weekend so I've got the nipper. She's got a load of weekends off in January though, hope she doesn't think we're spending them together haha.

Been to Slindon once, enjoyed it not a bad site. Could do with a bit more mud mind.

Nice pics! Drove for nearly 2 hours to get to muddy bottom a few months ago, pulled up in the car park then bloody clutch fork punched through :(, so I've been but not played :(
