Various Disco 1 bits for sale!

I have a few different bits from a 200 tdi / v8 discovery I have stripped.

1993 disco 1

24 spline axles 1 front 1 rear, front has been taken apart (half shafts out diff removed) will include the steering swivel balls on the front one (good condition) front axle has a hub missing ( I used this on my 300tdi )


also have cloth seats for the disco in good condition but need a clean, includes the side facing seats that go in the boot.

all doors (DISCOVERY IS A BROWN COLOUR)

petrol tank ( v8 )

front radius arms, steering arms

lights (can post these!) (rear lights sold)

rear windows including alpine windows,

boot door ( has been left outside but in good condition

bonnet

windscreen (if you can remove it? when collecting)

steel wheels with AT tyres (tyres seen better days)

If you want stripped chassis and shell, if you can pick it up its yours.

I don't have a engine or gearbox for it but have other odds and ends so ask.

open to what ever is offered on all items!

all to be collected from North Bristol (BS35 area)

yep I can get a pic if you wish, in good condition (no cracks) I think they fit the 300 tdi model too they look the same.

Hey Nick, don't suppose you've got a leak free radiator - that's assuming it would be the same as a 300 rad?

Hey fred! Ive got a 200 tdi radiator that I bought for my 300 thinking it was the same But its different and I still got it, I could get a pic for you if you wish, its got a slight dent from memory but ill test it tonight.

yeah the idea is to put 200 lights in our 300 so we can get indicators and side lights up top

Oh! I guess it won't fit then, or am I being dim as usual?! Does it have the oil cooler sideto it - mines leaking water from around the oil cooler pipe union..

I bought it and tried to put it in my 300tdi thinking it was a 300tdi but I didn't compare it to the one I took out :doh: spent 30 mins trying to get the oil pipes to fit (think their different size) and realised one of the water pipes is on the opposite side so must be a 200tdi radiator.

I do have a leaky 300tdi radiator on my scrap pile for the usual LZ special price of empty packet of crisps (ready salted)


so yes a 200 is different from a 300

Where's the duff one leaking from bud?
Front axle - is the casing any good, and is the remaining hub for the driver side?

Ill dig it out it is stripped mind, but have all the parts the hubs are good as i nicked one for my 300 tdi

The lights are grubby but not damaged, come with rubbers and one has the bracket and one doesn't, pm me if interested!


Saltlick, the old radiator is knackard its got about 10fins left and is completely see through sorry!

The axle casing is all there I have a few pics to follow it could do with a sand and paint, the middle looks good but the ends have rust, chrome balls look good, no stub axels but have the diff and half shafts with CVs attached.

Hub is good its again got rust on parts but hasnt been stored ourside, a clean up is what it needs, inside looks ok, Has a rusty brake disc attatched, I can remove this if your intrested.
