Door card needs coming off for a start and it may become obvious when seeing whats going on inside.
May be easier to take seat out first.

Can you bend the card out enough to get a hand in to operate the lock?

Second hand door cards doesn't cost a fortune

another option is to check the wiring connector for corrosion and power etc. look in Rave for details

I've taken seat out but how do you get the door card off I can't get to that little screw by the tweeter

Try just taking the surround off of the inside handle (pull the handle and there is a screw behind it, if not already done), there should be a thick wire cable/rod with a plastic ring attached to the handle, it may have come off (happened to mine), but it shouldn't have gone too far. If this is the case, try fishing it out and give it a pull, it should open the door.

Wont work if door is locked

When I use the inside and outside handle I can see them working on the latch but nothing and the latch just moves freely up and down

If it is stuck super locked the lock is isolated from the inner and out handles and the door cannot be opened from inside or out.

Connectors and see if you can squirt electrical cleaner on the bottom of the actuator where the microswitches are. Anything to get it off superlock!

And then never press the lock button twice again. And preferably pull the superlock motor out of the actuator. It is the smaller one on top.
