Not a great deal in Cornwall , but Devon has some awesome lanes .
Check everything before you set off on the " bumpy roads" lol ..and best find someone to go with .... Go it alone and you're bound to get stuck
You're welcome to join the pub meet at Lanlivery next tues eve at 7.30ish , come and meet some like minded enthusiasts :)

It would be great to know some like minded people... it seems like all of the people I know are more concerned with jobs and girlfriends. They need to sort their priorities out :p

The next month for me will be power washing, waxoyling and all other types of rust prevention. I have a feeling that mine will also be in bits by the time the power wash is done :/

Certainly not concerned about girlfriends, been married for years, and not intending any changes :D My job is more of a lifestyle, breeding cattle is a 24/7 commitment, fortunately landies play quite a big part in it! :)

Pressure washing/steam cleaning is a very good thing to do, you will spot many problems, and prevent others from developing. Personally I wouldn't bother with Waxoyl, I like Dinitrol. some prefer the Bilt-Hamber products, well worth checking out both their websites before going with Waxoyl ;)

Are you planning on coming to the meet on Tuesday? Lanlivery aint too far from you.

Im not sure if I can yet, I'm meant to be sailing at Saltash Tuesday. If plans change I'll be there though :)

In about two weeks the cleaning fun will begin, so I'll look into the other products. The car is a bit of a **** heap, even though I love it, so it might just be a case of getting the cheapest stuff until I have some income :p

That would be great, I may end up coming to the pub instead of sailing xD I'll let you know what I'm doing Tuesday when I know for sure

Ha Ha , I am a woman ...and therefore - a full time job .. just ask Mr Muds:D
Be great to meet you if you're about. ( but sailing might just top it :D)

It looks like I'm coming now :D Although I did pick up a bumper from St Austell today and thought it would be really quick to replace, but the old one was rusted so much that a few bolts snapped. There is a lot I need to learn :<

I'll try to have it road legal for Tuesday :p

I'll be there tomorrow night. Got some new bolts for the bumper coming and hopefully they will arrive tomorrow. If not I'll cable tie the old one on for the night :p

Let me know where to meet you Trewey, for the convoy. My mean machine isn't the fastest kid on the block, so you will probably need to go on ahead without me to get to Lanlivery before eveyone leaves for the night

Oh and if there is a Birthday I'll need some warning. The only present I have on hand is a very rusty bumper!
