Start point is Green Dragon as most people are staying around there

Sue you got a rough mileage count on the lanes ? I'm trying to work out how many Jerry cans to bring

TD5power is bringing me 20L which will get me there and back home again.......so with the cans I have here I can either bring an extra 40, 60, 65, 70, 75 or 80L

Depends on how far round we get, if we did have time for the whole lot on Saturday I guess 80 miles

A lot less Sunday

I'm only going to come for the saturday I think, probably set off from mine about 7 and wake up the town

Yep - whilst on my way to Neils with a view to getting a front shock bottom bush fitted, the 3 amigos reared their ugly heads, complete with NO reset by turning off the ignition.

Extremely unlikely I'll get the N/S rear hub changed (***) and the amigos reset for weekend so will have to pull out of the trip. It's one thing having the TC take a dump during a laning trip, but another entirely me knowing it doesn't work beforehand

On the bright side:-

Got the shock bush done.

(***) The NSR hub has got play in it as tested on the ramp, so hopefully that's what's triggered the 3 amigos.

The NSR hub is the one remaining hub which hasn't been replaced since I bought Storm.

I already have a brand new hub waiting in the back of her! EDIT - got a new front one as well, just in case

Whatever channel the person you are talking to is on

19 for finding randoms.
9 for emergency use usually.
There is a Cb etiquette and phrases if you 10 4 me

You don't need vox. This is for hands free use.

got my landy all ready, cb antenna turned up today, cleaned out, swept all the crap out, filled it full of derv, spare 20l too, diff guard welded on (well will be tomorrow afternoon) lunch for both days packed, spare wheel bearings, jack, axle stands, tonne of ratchet straps, tool boxes, all thats needed now is the pilot and co pilot, looking forward to my first laning trip:;D
