Hey, just a quicky, as i find very differing answers everywhere i go!

Currently painting my bonnet Matt Black, due to lacquer peel, and general ****tyness. So, my question is... Do i lacquer it after I've finished?

Will that turn it into a Satin, or Metallic look? Or is there a 'special' Matt lacquer?

Paint can be left un-lacquered, But you can get matt finish lacquer if wanted.

Would it be better to leave un-lacquered for ease of re-addition for touch ups etc? Or better to use the lacquer as protection?

You could leave it unlaquered so you could add racing stripes, then coilovers slam it and sit at MacDonalds!

I was thinking more along the lines of flames running up the side....

Plus, i hear my local boy-racing spot is KFC?!
