I'm driving a 10" sub off a 140w full range amp and it's fine
Don't need ultra power for "some" bass
Only fused it at 15 amp

I used to run an Alpine Type X V12 amp which was the dogs bollocks of competition class amps, they're getting cheaper on ebay now
Before that I had a planet audio area 51 powering two competition class Pioneer subs, worked well enough and cheap too!
