I'm going to have to sell my Tirfor, it doesn't get a great deal of use and I haven't got the space for it now I've moved.

It's the biggy, TU32. With a gurt big coil of steel rope and two shackles. A 3' scaffold pole for the handle.

Perfect working order.

It currently resides near Swanage, can easily be moved up to North Dorset. Not keen on couriering as it's a blumming big lump..!

Open to offers. Offers of part eaten confectionery will most likely be ignored!

Okay snickers, mars bar and packet of crisps of your choice

I see no reserve? No bids yet- what price you looking for?

Can't say I didn't ask:rolleyes: oh well

Gi's a chance, popped out for a pint or three.

I'm after as much as it's worth / I can get. It'll be going to a good cause, bits for the Series.

I think I paid about three and a half hundred quid for it and I would like to see most of that back as it's hardly been used since I had it.

Strange that I wonder how that happened?

Reckon it will go for £150 to £200

Never measured it and only used it a couple of times. It's dahn in Studland and I'm in Stur now, if I can get through the storms tomorrow (!) I'll get it measured and report back. Mkay?

Yeah no probs. Don't put yourself out if you're not going down there anyway though.

If you do get to it can you measure the thickness of the cable too so I can try and locate a longer one.

Yer right Ratty, it is closer to 25 metres. In fact it is pretty much exactly 25 metres long. But, being the numpty I am, I forgot to measure the thickness - I think they're a standard size, are they not? I just had a look at the photo and it says 16.3mm...
