Land Rover Defenders needed for wedding cars!!

Hi all

I'm getting married in March next year and for sentimental reasons (I grew up with a landy but it is on it's last legs!) we really want to have Land Rover Defenders as our wedding cars! we've struggled to find any hire options and wondered if anyone in Northamptonshire area could help??

We need a car for the bridesmaids and co (110) and a car for bride and groom (90 or 110).

If anyone has a car they would be happy to hire or no someone that can help please let me know, it would make our day

I'd get and introduce yourself in the relevant intros section first then hang about and comtribute, then start with big asks.

The locals are friendly as long as you do things right - ie intros, hang about/contribute and then start asking. I'm sure there a fair few who might be able to help in the fenders section if not here or anything goes, but intros first!

you're welcome to borrow my ltwt, but you'll need to put a new chassis under it and reassemble it first

You'd be extremely lucky to find an owner willing to hire their vehicle to you. Not only are we enthusiasts who cherish their vehicles and are very reluctant to let others drive it, but loaning out a car for hire has major insurance implications.

Your very best chance would be a Landy owner willing to chauffeur their vehicle for you, in return for all expenses being met and a suitable donation.

Depending when and where I might be able to chauffeur you for the cost of fuel and a pint
