how have you got the original sender unit in? I bought my tank 2nd hand and they've cut te old tank top off and bonded it on but the diesel eats through the sealant..

Its sealed and riveted, then sealed on top too. If it eats through ill drill it out and use something else to seal it...

mines sealed and bolted still comes through, iv been told tiger seal isn't eatable so may try that next lol

Cos it looks better and the 200 is a dying breed/too many people go for the 300 conversion for cheapness/better lighting.

Even though they're truly dire I wear my (original) 200 lights with pride

Today then. Silicone elbo turned up:







Chopped down and fitted:







New wing screws and washers:







New Bonnet pull cable:







What an arse to get set up that was, but all done now.

Winch power lines run:







Brian brought hes newly repaired one up for me to see what wires went where in the engine bay. All accounted for except the sensor plug on the theromstat. Have the single pin bullet connector but not the 2pin one so no idea where that went!







And we got the dash in too!







I also changed the rad and cooler for the one with the electric fan on. Its full of mud so will need a clean out when its running.
