Sad looking spots

The old Hella's are looking a bit sad, anyone got any advice on reviving the plastic body?

Think they are ABS plastic, was wondering if UPVC window frame cleaner will work?

Spray WD40 on it. Will need re-doing from time to time but leaves a nice finish

a silicon spray will last longer than WD40.

is it black plastic? if so, nothing will be permanant, it bleached by UV, and will always be great, if its the white rally type covers that have yellowed, look on you tube, loads of tricks on there for whitening plastics back up.

Autoglym bumper gel is great for back to black type stuff. Easy to apply too.
