Hi, thought it was time to say hello as been a member for over 12 months lol, I've had various landrovers over the years and currently running a modded 300tdi disco, I do laning and p&p days, have read plenty of interesting threads on hear and seen the banter so ready for the comments lol.
Will be up for laning days and will contribute any useful info regarding problems if my experience can help, cheers guys and girls, Tim

Thought I'd put a piccy of the disco up

When I first got it I said I wasn't going to mod this one lol, I couldn't help myself :)

From a total newb (me!) HELLO! Sweet looking Discovery in a dodgy cheetah/leopard/tiger camo kind of way! If anyone has a zebra stripe LR then they'd better watch out ;) Love it. I bet the tyres hum louder than a 100-strong male voice choir who have forgotten the words!
How's the reflection from the bonnet of the lights on that roof bar? Considered a bonnet blackout a la Camel trophy vehicle?

Diff.

Tyres do make a noise but not that loud, suppose I'm used to them, well don't have to turn the stereo up much lol, not too much problem with the lights as the paintwork has dulled a lot since the photo (just been done) a few scratchy lanes soon took the shine off it, colours are light stone and grey and now sports a sand rover instead of Landrover on the bonnet, originally blue but was battered from laning so cost £60 in military paint to do this :)
