we i have a disco 300tdi 5 door manual in metalic green for sale.

its failed mot on the normal welding,,,, boot floor, wheel arches in back door frames and leek on power steering pump, o ring on pump

it runs spot on, gear box and drive train all good, all the electric bits work including the alarm fob !

ideal for making a offroad out of or for bits

But that just the point its worth more in bits.
I would say no more than £500 but that me.
I paid under a grand for mine with MOT and all the welding done.
You may get more on ebay but might not on here as we are all tight.

Breaking for parts involves time and effort, therefor if you sell complete people don't expect the pay as much.
I'd say £400 assuming it is mechanically sound. Ideally with a bit of not and tax left too.

Amen to that!

I just bought a `97 300, failed mot on welding and paid £300 for it. Thats all they`re worth so better if you break it yourself.

I see where you're coming from... just put mine up as "parts - breaking" kinda thing - too many people think i'd sell it for sub £500 complete - could get nearly that for the engine with all the bits attached and that only takes an hour or so to pull out

well this post was for selling it and yet think now i will just break it,
