Hi werent sure where to put this so here goes:
Brought 2 land rover today a Series 3 and a Series 2a, i am keeping the S3 as it only needs a new carb but the 2a is severely rotted and doesnt run so i am posting this here to say that if anyone in the Kings Lynn area wants to give me £100 i will give them this LR.
It has a fairey overdrive and a few other bits and pieces but its rough.
I am going to part it out so the longer i have it the more it will get butchered.
Shame to do it but needs must.

To be honest mate i can tell you that it is really rotten through and through, chassis, bulkhead the lot.
And it probaly isnt worth buying so i am donating the wings to my trialer and the rest is getting scrapped.

your more than welcome to come and look but i warn you now that it is a wreck and needs a lot of dedication/big balls to repair.

But it is tax exempt although it doesnt have any wheels i can supply some to get on trailer though.

Did you buy them off a guy in Burnham Overy by any chance?

No i didnt i got them from Emneth in Wisbeach, i only wanted the S3 but the bloke would only sell them togehter and fro what i paid they were a great deal, i was gonna keep the 2a but i dont have the room, and unfortunatley the overdrive has been claimed for £100 and the wings for £50 so its really gonna be a case of any one wants any bits of it they can have them and then i will scrap a week saturday.

ps let me know if any one wants any bits of it, small parts you can cheap and things like roofs and panels and split tailgate £20 etc.
