Need advice please, stripped my Landy a few years ago and can't remember what pipes go where, mine is a 1973 2.25 Sw, on the manifold is a pipe that connects to the servo, on the carb there's a 12 mm nipple, but the inside diameter is about 5mm, it is facing to the firewall at a 45 degree angle, then there is the filler cap on the engine where a pipe attaches, can someone help with the last two, I have no idea how they connect up, can't find anything in the workshop manuel.

Hope this helps, weber carb on though

Thanks Tencars, mine do not have the nipple on the airintake( the airfilter pipe that fits on the carb) The 12mm nipple on the carb is below the butterfly flap, so I must block it off to run properly, a Zenith is fitted on mine

Thanks Cj2a, I assumed it was going to the inlet, but mine don't have any nipples on the airintake, only on the oilfiller cap, can I connect it there, just not sure if it will mess around with the carb mixture. seeing that the 12mm nipple is below the butterfly of the carb (struggling with the english tonight!)

Thanks oxides, sorry I missed your reply! I found the problem, I had one spare carb between my spares, when I stripped the Landy everything was mixed up, so I fitted the wrong carb. So some Landys had the nipple for the servo on the manifold, and some had the nipple on the base of the carb. Yes I am stupid I know!
