Adrian Flux Land Rover Insurance is the worst insurance company I have ever had to use and thats before the policy even started. TRY CANCELLING IT and you may well get RIPPED OFF like us!
We found the whole process of insuring with Adrian Flux, long winded and they continued to try and upsell, key cover, etc. We had just moved home and to keep costs down we decided to go with them as they were cheaper than our current providers Direct Line who we had been with for years.
When we received our policy documents we noticed that they wanted a series of evidenced based documentation and photos of our vehicle from various positions. After reading the policy document we then got the impression this was a company that would try and get out of any claim should this event arise. We became uneasy about the quality of this insurance policy and the company we were dealing with and so to avoid any risk we decided to stay with Direct Line and cancel this policy within the cooling off period, which would result in a £70 charge, but they would not accept cancellation from the named driver, so now we are cancelling 19 days after the initial policy was taken out and we will be charged £160 for 19 days of a policy that was £272 in total for the year.
We feel that this company has ripped us off and I would advise any Land Rover owners to take caution if talking to Adrian Flux.
