Cheap starter motor

Hi all I am looking for a cheap starer motor for my 2.0 td 1999 free lander
I have found 1 at £100 but don't really want to spend a lot on this car. Any one know where I can get a cheaper one or do you know of one for sale
Any comments would be very much welcome

£70 plus a tenner postage.

Re-manufactured unit - check the code off yours before ordering up though. This is the correct one for my L Series.

Have you checked your starter motor is definately de-funct?

Ignition switches, loose starter fly leads, corroded starter terminals and knackered solenoids are all common and far cheaper to repair.

i believe its the same starter as the defender, so should be plenty around
