nah, like a key fob but without the key, apparently landrover had an optional fob you can buy and have programmed to your disco so that you can raise/ lower the air suspension from outside the vehicle for making hitching up easier and i want one as i have to ferry some olds around occasionally and it would make it easier to get in the back, cant afford steps at the min

:mad:bad news on the 2nd hand fobs, they cant be coded like the door/alarm fobs, nanocam that can do a used alarm fob and code it using the internal code, but cant do it with the lift/lower fob. so the only way to get one to work is to buy new from the stealers and have it codded using the supplied barcodes....I have one so been there. it was a £20 waste of money:confused:....but feel free to PM me if your determind to buy one, they look pretty good with the green and black covering:cool:..lol

My uncle had one for hitching his caravan up but he reckoned it helped knacker his airbag/springs up keep lowering them right down.

I bought a new one from Ebay last year with the bar code cost £50 and then another £30 to code to the Disco.

Good bit of kit makes hitching up my boat a lot easier.
