I will find out and let you know. The back door ,roof and side panels are not original (slightly lighter) but the rest is dark green like yours, Will give her a bath and post a better pic tuesday for a comparrison

Cheers. Not a lot of my bodywork is original. Was from a donor. Previously had grills on windows so have filled holes n sanded down. Removing flaking paint etc. Like the colour as quite utilitarian which is what a fenders all about aint it.

Removed the bulkhead and center seat, Then they get in through passenger door then step into the back , I know it wrecks the back of the land rover but i am planning on some green laning with kids and wanted them in 3 point belts ....

Removed the bulkhead:eek:

Is that with the strengthening bar in?

Looked at pic of the front of yours. Does look to be the same. I wondered if it was bronze green. Like your rear seats, what are they off? I thought of having 2rear facing against the bulkhead.

ah could'nt tell that from the piccys good work all the same could always build some sort of storage rack with drawers from top to bottom for your tools and such like behind the seats bud.

Picked up the hard top and bolted it up just enough to get home, 130+ mile round trip would be the most my old girl has done in a day for years, did it with-out a htch!
Fit it properly tomorrow all being well.

I say removed not all just lowered by approx 6 inches down to where the bend is and not all the way across either about 24 inches in the center . will post pics as easier to show than explain (will do it tuesday when off )

yes have started constructing a cupboard in the rear tub to create flat floor across the arches.plan to have a double folding flap inside rear door that folds down then out again to put stove on when camping. loads of ideas floating around in my head just need the time to sort them all .....

Nope. Thinking separate switches on the dash. Only usually me in it so dont need both on. The heat pads warm up really quickly too. :)

Seats have electric raise on too but not sure bout keeping that wired up.

The rear seats are out of a mini bus (ldv ,transit ) they had tall subframes bolted to them so removed them leaving 2 channels on the bottom of the seats making them adjustable side ways i the made a subframe to house all 3 in a line with a supporting leg in the middle bolted through the tub with spreader plates on all mountings seat belts are integral to each seat so no fussing about mounting those either works great and kids are safer than on a bench sat side ways with a dodgy lap belt !!!!!....

thought i had done the last of touching the painwork up yesterday:mad2::mad2:
go into garage and find yesterdays paint has got to be done again.due to the garage being a bit too cold it bloomin well bloomed :screaming_bug_eye_f:screaming_bug_eye_fdamn blast and bugger it, back to square one:(
