Hi
My grill and plassy light surrounds have gone a gay grey colour, i have reblacked them a time or 2 with some stuff called amaze but they it soon loses its effect.
any body done a proper job that wont peel off and look ****e.
thanks

+1 on the sand and paint (see pic for my results with blenheim silver) . sand it with 400 wet/dry and clean with paint prep and paint with quality automotive paint .

Plastikote satin black, or any other RAL colour in the range, superb job, flexible and covers a multitude of minor blemishes without too much prep work

Cheers Steve

I've used WD40 and the last time I did them I used some old engine oil. Rub it on with a cloth then wipe off the excess before buffing dry. It lasts a couple of years before you need to do it again.

But you'll get covered in grease every time you lean on it.

I used black shoe polish on my arches. Looked amazing for a few months.

I'll second the black boot polish, did my wheel arches, grill and light surround a year ago, still looking good.
