My roof was covered in green mould but I gave it a proper wash before I painted and that's what made me keep it white ... I always intended to do the roof the same colour but glad I changed my mind now

You should give it a go ... it's therapeutic. I found that using an undercoat the same colour and then sanding finely afterwards gave it a pretty good finish with a small foam roller. Paint needs lots of mixing and I added a touch of thinners for easier application.Needs some mud as soon as the paint hardens in about five days

Good job. I really, really, really want to do mine. I just haven't had the time yet. Seeing all these decent roller paint jobs gives me mucho confidence to do it though!

Give it a go ... I can't stress enough the importance of prepping properly though, in fact that was 3/4 of the time spent on it.

Nato paint is a pain and takes weeks to harden. Last time I painted mine I went to do some work on it and lent on the bonnet then took a huge chuck of paint of. I was gutted. If you take one bit of advice I say look after it for a couple of weeks before getting it muddy or scratched or the paint will drag.

I have one more bulkhead patch and I will be doing mine. Im not sure whether to roll it or not though.. Someone I kno has offered his spray gun and compressor (he sprays cars for a living but is emergrating and can only take his pro stuff) for cheap. But I dont have enough time to take everything off and spray it then put it all back on (it's a daily) so for some reason I feel like rollering would make that easier!? As I wouldn't have to take stuff off, just roll round it!

I just took the lamp surrounds, reg plate, hi-lift jack and body sliders off mine.
The rest I masked with tape.

Looks nice but would look better in matte black.
Thought about black but would make the back even more of an oven for the dog!
