Did you follow the instructions that come with EASunlock when disconnecting from system after fault clearance and unlocking EAS. If you did not that maybe your problem.

but would the pressure switch fault show up on the eas unlock, am following that thread at t mo also, i have shutdown the eas unlock correctly , this is the first time i ve had any following issues. i thought that the compressor could not run if the thermal switch had cut out even with the eas unlock, thanks

No not as such, you would get pressure constantly low or pressure constantly high fault. But constantly low could also mean compressor is not making air. The fault code does not always point you directly to the faulty item. If you go to Storeys site there is a list of fault code readings and their possible meanings.

thanks wammers, owner wants 2 convert 2 coils and i m trying to stop him, he dont want to pay to maintain the eas but no prob to pay for the coils ha ha , funny ole world

as always guys thanks, you were spot on thermal switch gone, but i think i lost fight to keep her off the coils, 2 sensors a comp seal and a thermal switch and he s changing, fear of the unknown, but at least i ll get to drive a coil conversion and compare. let it begin ha ha . thanks again

Bloody hell a new thermal cutout is only pennies from CPC. If they still stock the 120 degree ones think they are £1.89 each. If they don't have them 115 degree one will do job. You can do thermal and piston seal in a little over and hour or so. Is he bloody crazy. Coils are crap.
