Ordered the new phone from ebay... just waiting for it now...hopefully a few days but you can bet the weekend will interfere with delivery - received wheel bearings Prop UJs and rear diff input seal today so Kai is gonna be workin his ass of this weekend!

Just thought I would share this with you all....

I sometimes buy a load of books from the second hand shop. I read so much that buying three for a pound is much more sense than two for a tenner at sainsburys. Anyway...

One of the books turned out to be "Lady Killers" by some non fiction writer...

The funny thing is I bought it thinking it said "Landy Killer" and assumed it was Carpy's autobiography!

Ryder was the drop arm nut 35mm in the end? I wanna get me an impact socket tomorroz cos i've gotta change my drag link for a straight one and not a bent one!

Hardly had any time in the end :doh: Given it a quick blast around underneath with the pressure washer so hopefully I will be able to see where the diesel is leaking from. I will look out for the brake pipes if I get a chance tomorrow (working 8-6 ) At least I got paid early this month because of the holidays. Will probably take it to a decent garage who will actually get a proper look at the wheel hub(s) and check for other faults and aim for a retest straight after. You never know , I might actually make wales hahaha.. I have every limb and extremity on my body crossed. Well, nearly every one :lol::lol:

If i manage to get mine sorted tomorrow, well what i can, then i can pop over and give you a hand sunday monday if you'd like. I have 4 bolts to change as they aint long enough so i shall pick them up sat morning and get that sorted.

The it'll be a short test drive to wales......

I'm now having to work the wales weekend so won't make it, But have fun!! I have however fitted a split charge system today upto an old battery I had. time to start exploring auxiliary electrics!!

The socket I lent to Ryder was a 33mm. It fitted mine when i did it, and also ryder's. It may not be the same for all landys of course.

lrjack i have a flaring tool for brake lines not an expensive one so do a couple of tes runs on some scrap but your welcome to borrow it mate will save a few quid. Just need the ends and some copper pipe

Don't laugh too loudly, apparently Carpy's landy is nearly back on the road. Granted Kris300tdi has had to replace just about every moving part..

I plan to make an appearance at the next pub meet, so see you guys then
