Looking for cheap supplier of cambelt kit inc water pump and a remote thermostat for a 1800 freelander 1998 petrol .. any suggestions?

Our freelander 1800 has just snapped a tensioner could someone assist advising what the actual part is called as were trying to order a replacement as mill autos do not stock it and from the angle i cant tell , im far from a mechanic sorry...
