New to this so bare with me
I've got a 110 hi-cap pick-up D-reg with a cracked block (NAD). I also have an F reg Rangie with a 200tdi disco engine fitted. I want to fit the 200 tdi into the landie. Ideally I would like to see if anyone has done a step by step explaination of how to do this swop preferably with pictures. Can anyone help our give me a link to such a website.
Is it correct that I can increase the gearing by using the range rover transfer box on the land rover. I also have a set of RR axles could I fit these to the landie to gives better cruising speed as well as all round disc brakes. My aim is to use the land rover mainly for road use (towing and log collecting) so higher road speed is more important to me than off road ability.
Any tips would be appreciated
