    When bleeding the slave cylinder then an Ezibleed kit makes it very easy. Flush lots of fluid through. As Brian says, when the pins go the arm can moved about with little effort.

    First have checked the fluid ? If its ok then get yourself under the car and look for movement of clutch arm while somebody works the pedal it could be clutch arm roll pins gone plenty of info on here about them.

    Have you adjusted the orientation of the height sensors themselves with the blocks in so they're not that far out? The plug to the driver pack sometimes needs the pins nipping up.

    For me the problem was that the air pipes wouldn't seal properly into the EAS block with the red/orange ones. I chamfered the lines and vaselined them. Wouldn't stay sealed. Swapped them out for black ones every one sealed and it took a lot more...

    I think the 8 bigger ones are injector seals of some description for older (Lucas hotwire?) EFI - The others, I *believe* are for things like the water feed/return from the inlet manifold - again on the older (maybe 3.5 or pre serpentine)...

    I prefer the Platinum ones. Think the code is 642X off the top of my head. Got mine from HTS spares a few years ago.
