Hi fredbloggs, Indeed I have, I recently purchased my Discovery II so have set about servicing and amending minor faults. The EGR was one of the first things I did. I had a bit of drama with one of the manifold bolts shearing off so had to remove the radiator and intercooler to get room to drill it out. It is now all done.

I would be happy to help you do yours, it makes quite a difference to performance and smoothness.

Thanks for the offer of the scaffold boards. Unfortunately the logistics problems and costs involved in getting them to Cornwall makes it uneconomical.
