I have had problems with the sun roof leaking on my TD5 and have discovered a perished seal. I got a new one on ebay for £20 and I want to know how to fit it properly. I would appreciate it if you could advise me of how to do this. Thanks.

The cap is very tightly done up, and it is a brand new, genuine cap so the seal is good and doesn't leak.

I have taken the viscus fan off the rad and the whole thing heats up, no cold spots so it can't be that, and the Fan belt is tensioned right up so it can't be that either. Thanks for the suggestions though.
