All sorted thanks, Pipe from sender to sedimenter was split.

Hi, bypassed the sedimenter today and fitted a clear pipe from lift pump. Starts ok then a steadily increasing amount of bubbles start to form until engine stops. Thought of tapping tank from nearer the bottom and using a facet pump to supply direct to the filter.

Hi, does anybody know at what psi the lift pump delivers to the fuel filter?

Hi, Still having problems, have replaced sender unit, drained and cleaned fuel tank, cleaned plastic pot under sender unit inside tank, cleaned sedimenter, replaced lift pump, replaced fuel filter, replaced banjo bolts and crush washers on fuel filter housing, ran airline through all fuel pipes...

Hi, my discovery 1 300 tdi will not run unless the tank is completely full and then it frequently stops. I have cleaned the sedimenter, replaced the lift pump and fuel filter and checked the banjo bolts to the fuel filter for leaks and / or blockages. Does anybody have any ideas to what else it...
