The gears engage ok but the clutch pedal is heavy (or hard). 2001 @ 107,000 miles and probably running on all original from new parts. Makes my leg ache! any ideas? Thanks

Hi, i am a new member :) I have just bought a 2000 Freelander ES TD4 manual but i am very surprised how hard it is to push the clutch, i wish i had bought an auto!! Can anyone offer advice as to the problem? Thanks
