could be tensioner, was ok after pump fitted but as you say could be air lock will try and flush if it ever stops raining

anyone any ideas, if I drive my 300 tdi at 60 it's ok but has no heater, if I drive it at 70 it cooks but cools down really quick if I slow back to 60, it has no heater at all which is an arse when you need the screen cleared, had a new water pump but screeches like a mouse in acats mouth. Help

drove at 90 for 60 miles then let the wife go shoppin in it, think it was the shoppin that done it

thanx for the replies, it's easy to turn a disco into a dog, drive it 60 miles at 90.
