    Can I just unplug/bridge Knock Sensor?

    I doubt it - the knock sensor produces a varying waveform (which varies with revs. - and if it detects certain knock frequencies it retards the ignition, etc). Thus a continous condition/voltage from the knock sensor to the ECU (due to your bridging) would still just be seen as a faulty knock...
