Thanks all. It's a Sony stereo, it's the wire from the arieal that I'm looking for. I do some greenlaning, that's why I could do with sorting it so that I can get the areial to retract, just dont know which wire in the blocks that plug into the stereo is for it

Sorry for the late reply. It was the diaphramph on the injector pump. It was full of oil. I have replaced the turbo with a secondhand one but that is also passing oil, it's getting into the inter cooler. I bought it from Alldrive uk and they have promised a replacement today so fingers crossed. Andy

hi all my 300tdi center diff lock wont work.the lever moves freely into lock position but nothing happens.ive seen loads of posts about the lever seizing but thats not the issue.hi/low selects fine but no diff lock.any ideas?thanks

i just bought a tim oil pressure guage and it came with the t piece.ive fitted it without for now but will get a new switch and then fit the t piece.thanks for all the advice

swapped the engine and all is well at the moment other than i cant get the oil warning light to work.i want to fit a oil pressure guage instead.im told i want a capilary one.any ideas where i might get one to suit my disco?

i fitted another turbo and intercooler and all was well for a couple of days,then it started to smoke,this time it was blue and getting worse.i took the oil filler cap off and she seems to be breathing very heavily,smoke was chuffing out of the filler.looks like rings gone.ive just picked...
