Thanks for your reply fella. Not sure I was clear about my problem. Can you still turn the rear wheels when they're off the ground with the hand brake on?

Hi there. I have a query on my hand brake in relation to the rear axle. I have the brake drum set up and was wondering if it is right that when I have my landy on the axle stands and have the handbrake on is it normal to be able to turn the rear wheels even when the prop shaft is locked?
