Alright guys, I've had my intercooler off replacing the radiator, it's not excessively dirty but while it's off I might as well clean it out. What do you guys recommend to use?

I have acquired some 2" lift springs for my defender. But 2 of the springs have 1 extra coil than the others. Are these front and back?? Thanks guys
