Diesel rr322 large amount of black smoke on accelleration when it is warm,runs fine when cold,any ideas?:)

Hopefully somebody can help,rr l322 when pulling away on ice and traction control comes in brakes come on and will not come off until i losen brake pipes on the master cylinder.Any ideas? Richard
