one prob after another at the moment today was a knock now rear is bouncing does it have shocks or air bags as i was told it had heellllppp

:confused: hi never owning a 300tdi before there was a knock today and he is now bouncing is it shockers or air bags as someone said they have im quite new to all this so help very welcome :)
