    Defender Td5 intermittent engine light

    So after many a dark night in the shed messing with my 90 iv managed to find the fault that had me tearing my hair out lol Started with no check engine or coil plus no prime, so checked the usual suspects, fuses, inertia wiring, ect Turns out I had one slightly green cable under my fuse box...

    Td5 puma chassis

    , possibly been asked before but couldn’t find a thread with these engines I seem to always find a puma galv chassis reasonably cheap as I.e £1200 to £1600 but have never come across the same for td5. Is there many differences from the puma to td5 apart from gearbox and engine mount positions?

    Defender axle conversion to d2

    Can anyone tell me what's involved with converting to d2 axles on a defender, does the watts linkage get used or the a frame. And does anyone know the best way of aligning the axle? Cheers Chris

    well lets get started my uncle has a defender 90 and its failed mot on a couple things well hes finaly decided to sell and im wondering what it take elctrical wise to drop a td5 engine in, can i use part tdi part td5 wiring loom?? i have wiring diagrams for a 300tdi and td5 system but im better...
