just got a set ov alloys to replace the steel wheels on the hippo ,does anyone know if the wheel nuts on steelies are the same as alloys

this is my first post firstly id like to say hi to everyone. i have recently bought a 2000 free lander, but its developed a couple of probs which are the rear tail gate window wont funtion along with the rear wash / wipe and the rear dimister . can any body help thanks in advance .
