Does nayone know where I can get a Sat nav system supplied and fitted to a '03 RR TD6 HSE?

Hi just joined the forum, please be gentle! Starter for 10, could anyone recommend where/who I get a complete Sat Nav system fitted to my '03 RR HSE, including screen etc.. thanks. I'm based in Essex if this has any bearing?
