Fellow LZ'rs, how much does a 2.5 diesel remap cost ? What stats are improved, 0-60, torque, mpg, emissions ("who cares") ...etc ? Where does one get a remap? Thanks ben :P

Being rather naive I thought all old diesel engines were complete and utter rubbish and were stolen from 1950 tractors... Basically I haven't driven a RR 2.5 diesel, but seen someone parked a r reg p38 beside my house earlier, I could resist inspecting it !!! Always being eager to see whats...

what v8 is most mechanically sound, also which is the best and why? (plus don't tell me to do a google search, your the great minds of land rovers :D )

After signing up to the forum yesterday and riffling through threads, I have read some surprisingly reassuring threads related to v8 4.6 RR. People have made claims of getting 140/150 miles off £20 of LPG. That's better than my 1.4 206 pug manages on petrol !!! I have to put nearer £25 for that...
