clutch pressure keeps droping not alowing the clutch 2 ingage gears ?

i have a disco 200 tdi what would make the clonking noise when changing gears ?

changed oil and turbo is whisling why ?

have lost break lights today and every time u put a new fuse in for the indercaters it blows strait away even with the key out any idears ???????????
