Thermostate should i use original or patten one? V8 4.0L

Hi all, my 4l v8 p38 has just started to run rough on start up. when started from cold it sounds like its not running on all 8 (even when you rev it) but only for about 30 seconds then its running on all 8. she was running perfectley since i changed all plugs and leads about 8 weeks ago.:(...

HI all, i am after some advice i have a P38 v8 4.6 i can't drive it at the mo as it squeaks like a bitch! its coming from one of the pully's on the aux belt i squrted some wd40 on the back of the power streering pully and the squeek went away for about 30 seconds so i change the power streering...
