Please help me! I have a series 3 lightweight (1979); after looking at a post here last month, i was informed a disco mk1 steering wheel would go straight on! It doesn't; does anyone have any reason why or any advice? I would be eternally grateful Chris

If anyone can help, i would be eternally grateful!! Having read a post on here a while back, i found it was allegedly possible to fit a disco mk1 steering wheel straight on a series 3? I bought a mk1 wheel but it seems to not fit on too easily; do i keep hitting it hard with my bolster hammer...

Anyone got any ideas how to get a mk1 disco steering wheel on a series 3 lightweight? I am seriously struggling; though did view a post back in August suggesting they go straight on!!! :mad:
