can i fit a 200tdi engine and gearbox/transfer box in to a series 3 lwb? how difficult is it? what is involved?:)

i have brought a series 3 ex military long wheel base that i am told is fitted ith a j19 engine it seems to lack power, it goes down the field ok but no up can anyone help.:confused:
