Plugged the cigarette lighter in and the smoke started coming from the dashboard, now it wont start and i have a burnt out wire from the fuse box going to the nsf foot well where there is a grey plug and a green plug, i have ignition lights but starter wont engage..... help please

Hi there, i am new to this forum, so hi to everyone... just bought a power booster from pro-racing its supposed to be fitted to a wire from the air flow meter, i think, but i can't work out which one, if anyone can help please let me know, oh, its a freelander TD4. many thanks
